Belgrave stands behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and eligibility.
1. Return Window
We offer a generous 90-day return window. You have 90 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request. We believe this extended window reflects our commitment to your confidence and satisfaction when shopping with us.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included
- The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Gift cards or store credits

Returns or refund requests submitted solely on the basis that a Belgrave watch is not identical to a specific branded reference, does not carry a particular brand name, or does not replicate the exact specifications of a third-party manufacturer’s product will be declined. This limitation is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our support team at support@storebelgrave.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Step 3: Securely package the item(s) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Step 4: Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method. Please retain your proof of postage.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item sent by Belgrave. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return process.
6. Resolution Options
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), you will be eligible for one of the following resolutions:
6.1 Store Credit
We will issue a store credit equal to the full value of the returned item(s). Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase at storebelgrave.com.
6.2 Exchange
You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be asked to pay the difference. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6.3 Partial Refund + Store Credit
In certain circumstances — such as items returned in a condition that reflects minor use, or items returned outside standard conditions — we may offer a partial monetary refund combined with store credit for the remaining balance. The split will be communicated to you for approval before processing.
Belgrave does not issue full monetary refunds as a standard resolution. If you believe an exception applies to your case, please contact our support team and we will assess your situation individually.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@storebelgrave.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of the issue and your order number. In such cases, Belgrave will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full store credit, exchange, or resolution at no additional cost to you.
8. Processing Times
- 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing after receipt
- Up to 5 business days for store credit to appear in your account
- Up to 10 business days for any partial monetary refund to reflect on your payment method
9. Your Statutory Rights (EU & UK Customers)
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to return most goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Our 90-day return policy exceeds this minimum legal requirement.
For returns made within the statutory cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact us at support@storebelgrave.com to exercise this right.
Please note that the statutory right to a refund applies to items that do not match their description or are faulty. The statutory right to return does not entitle customers to a refund on the basis that a fashion-inspired product is not identical to a third-party branded equivalent, as our product descriptions clearly disclose the nature of our watches prior to purchase.
