1. Order Processing

All orders placed on storebelgrave.com are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods such as sales events, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always communicate any significant delays via email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Belgrave ships internationally, with primary service to the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, and Canada. We partner with trusted global logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following timeframes represent estimated transit times after your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days
  • Germany: 7 to 15 business days
  • Netherlands: 7 to 15 business days
  • United States: 7 to 15 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7 to 15 business days

Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit): 7 to 21 business days from the date of order.

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. External factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We work with a network of reputable international shipping partners and logistics providers to fulfil your order. The carrier assigned to your shipment will depend on your delivery location and the most efficient routing available at the time of dispatch.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been handed to our logistics partner. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight and dimensions of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Belgrave may offer complimentary shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be communicated on our website and at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid on storebelgrave.com.

Belgrave has no control over customs processing times or fees. We encourage customers to familiarise themselves with their country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, VAT may be applicable in accordance with local regulations. Any VAT or applicable taxes will be communicated transparently at checkout where required.

6. Undeliverable Packages & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at the time of checkout. Belgrave cannot be held liable for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact our support team at support@storebelgrave.com. We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

Please note that once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Belgrave cannot be held responsible for missing packages. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that a secure drop-off location is specified.
